In The name of Allah, The Compassionate, The Merciful.
36.1 - Ya Seen. 36.2 - And by the wise Quran. 36.3 - Indeed, you are from among the messengers. 36.4 - On a straight path. 36.5 - Descended from the Mighty, the Merciful. 36.6 - That you may warn a people whose fathers were not warned, and they were unaware. 36.7 - The saying was certainly true upon most of them, so they do not believe. 36.8 - Indeed, We have made around their necks, shackles, and they (the shackles) are up to their chins, so they (the unbelievers) have their heads aloft. 36.9 - And We have made before them a barrier and behind them a barrier, and We have covered them, so they do not see. 36.10 - And it is the same to them whether you warn them or do not warn them, they do not believe.
