Installing AQ
Before installing AQ, I would like to assure everyone that AQ software will not harm your computer nor spread any computer virus, worm, time bomb, logic bomb, or other such computer program, and most importantly AQ will not access any information stored in your computer other than specified during the installation of AQ.
To start installing AQ:
1- Extract the downloaded zip file SetupAccessQuran.zip to the setup package Setup Access Quran.exe
2- Double click Setup Access Quran.exe to extract the setup package and start AQ setup program as seen below:

6- Scroll down to finish reading the END-USER LICENCE AGREEMENT as seen below:

7- You must accept the terms of the Licence Agreement to proceed with the installation; the next window appears as seen below:

8- You should not change the setup type, press <Next> to continue as seen below :
Thumbnail, click to enlarge.
9- It is up to you to make AQ available for everybody uses your computer or only for you, press <Next> to continue to next screen seen below:
Thumbnail, click to enlarge.
10- You may only change the above default application folder from Drive C if there is not enough disk space available for AQ, AQ needs a minimum of 900 MB of disk space, this due to the fact the the high quality MP3 files total size alone is almost 700 MB, the other 200 MB needed to run AQ. AQ setup on the other hand will installs AQ with as little as 100 MB of free disk space, this is due to the fact AQ setup does not distribute the MP3 files, the MP3 files will be downloaded as needed while you are using AQ, however it your responsibility to install AQ on a drive that should accommodate the MP3 files you will be downloading. Let?¢??s assume that we will install AQ on ?¢??C:\Access Quran\?¢?? as seen above. Press <Next> to move to next screen seen below:

Thumbnail, click to enlarge.
14- By clicking on <Install> AQ setup will check for the availability of Access 2003 on your machine, if it is installed, AQ setup will jump to step AA, but if Access 2003 is not installed on your machine, AQ setup will prompt you to install Access 2003 runtime files as seen below:
c- It writes the shortcut specification to the batch file ?¢??AQ.bat?¢?? in order to start ?¢??AccessQuran.mde?¢?? using Access 2003 runtime files.
Because the ?¢??Security.mde?¢?? script runs under the Command Prompt, the Command Prompt windows should open momentarily above AQ setup window as seen below:
Thumbnail, click to enlarge.
19: When the above command is executed, ?¢??Security.mde?¢?? will call Access 2003 runtime executable ?¢??MSACCESS.EXE?¢?? which in return may display a series of warning messages depending on your machine status as explained below:
a- If you have no Access installed at all prior to installing AQ, then two warning message will be displayed, the first one seen below:
For the above first message, you must answer <NO>, but for the second message which is similar to the one seen below:
You must answer <OPEN>
b- If you have an older Access version than Access 2003 installed prior to installing AQ, then the same two messages seen above will be displayed.
c- If you have Access 2003 installed prior to installing AQ and your Access 2003 Macro Security setting is set to higher than low, then you will receive the same two message seen above.
d- If you have Access 2003 installed prior to installing AQ and your Access 2003 Macro Security setting is set to low, then you will NOT receive the above two message at all.
e- If you have newer Access than Access 2003 installed prior to installing AQ and your Access 2003 Macro Security setting is set to higher thanlow, then you will receive three messages as seen below.
For the above first message, you must answer <NO>, but for the second message which is similar to the one seen below:
Thumbnail, click to enlarge.
You must answer <YES>, and for the third and final message seen below:
You must answer <OPEN>
NOTE: ?¢??Security.mde?¢?? script main and only purpose is to stop these annoying messages from appearing again, therefore whenever you start AQ you will never see these messages again
20- After all the above is done, you should see the final window confirming the success of AQ installation with the option to start AQ as seen below:
