Hadith & Sunnah - Why do you waste your time with non-believers?

Post subject: Why do you waste your time with non-believers?
I'd like to ask AhmedBahgat and his friends why do you waste your time arguing with kafir, since you seem to almost always use arguments like, "what you quoted/mentioned/saw in the streets is not true Islam." It's hard for us to join and post in forums like this because of this position.

If what most Muslims do and believe about punishing people etc. is not true Islam, why don't you first try to fix what's bad in the Muslim society, and then discuss with non-Muslims (or people who want to convert)?

Don't you think that it's more important for you as believers to help your brothers to understand their beliefs than to have long pointless discussions (from your point of view)?

PS: I'm talking about threads like this.

Hello

Welcome to FI

The answer may be relative from one to another, I do not consider myself wasting my time, in fact I learnt a lot while arguing with them

I am basing what I say based on the only source of Islam, which is the Quran, i.e. from the Qiran point of view, what they alleged cannot be the true Islam.

If you want to joint to mock Islam, then yes I agree with you that it should be hard for you to join, however if you want to join and criticise Islam based on its only source, you are welcome and myself and my friedns will be all ears

Well, I am running both missions in parallel, i.e. I am figting two fronts, however I found the kafir sites more democratic than the Muslims sites, therefore I prefer to use the kafir sites to express my views, the Muslims cannot take my views in a good hearted way, rather they consider me an enemy and possibly a kafir, as well I consider them my enemy an Mushriks, now I am ready to face them but it seems they are not ready to face me.

My work against the kafirs on their web sites may also help those Muslism who browse such sites, therefore my message is also directed at them, and I am more tough with Muslims than kafirs, in addition to that I have my web site for almost 3 years and the Muslims are welcome to join to prove me wrong, therefore I am doing what I can do based on my current circumstances

Greetings & Welcome, Zoroaster

Ahmed has already answered far better than I could. I would just like to add the following:

As for myself, I cannot stand the ignorant and polemic Kafirs, who provide total misreports, distort, twist and misinform the readers at their sites.

The best example would be a site like FFI (Faith Freedom International) which provides the maximum misinformation and has in-house posters who lie through their teeth.

Cheers

Bahgat said he is basing his argument on Quran only. In Surah Ghashiyah, Quran orders that you are only to tell and not to become a Musaitir. Running a website like this and wasting time here means becoming a Musaitir which you people are committing.

Do you consider yourself to be a literate in Qur'aan and it's Arabic?
