16.31 - The gardens of Eden which they will enter, beneath which rivers flow. For them therein will be whatever they desire. Thus does Allah reward the pious.

16.32 - Those whom the angels cause to die while being good, they (the angels) will say: Peace be upon you, enter the garden for what you used to do.

16.33 - Do they wait except that the angels should come to them or that the command of your Lord should come to pass? Thus did those do before them. And Allah did not do injustice to them, but they were doing to themselves injustice.

16.34 - So they were struck by the evil of what they did, and they were surrounded by that which they used to ridicule.

16.35 - And those who made associates (to Allah) say: If Allah had willed, we would not have worshipped other than Him anything, neither us nor our fathers, nor would we have prohibited anything through other than Him. Thus did those do before them. So is there upon the messengers except clear notification?

16.36 - And We have certainly sent in every nation a messenger (saying): Worship Allah and avoid the devil. So among them were those whom Allah has guided, and among them were others upon whom error was decreed. So walk in the land and see how was the consequence for the deniers.

16.37 - If you strive for their guidance, then indeed, Allah does not guide those who misguide; and for them, there will be no helpers.

16.38 - And they swear by Allah their strongest oaths that Allah will not resurrect whoever dies. Yes, it is a promise upon Him in truth, but most of the people do not know.

16.39 - So He will explain to them that wherein they disagree and so those who have disbelieved will know that indeed, they were liars.

16.40 - Indeed, Our saying to a thing when We want it, it is but We say to it, Be, and it is.
