5.81 - And if they used to believe in Allah and the prophet and in what was sent down to him, they would not have taken them as guardians, but many of them are disobedient.

5.82 - You will surely find the most intense of the people in animosity toward those who have believed the Jews and those who are polytheists. And you will surely find the nearest of them in affection toward those who have believed those who said: We are Christians. That is because among them are priests and monks, and because they are not arrogant.

5.83 - And when they hear what has been sent down to the messenger, you will see their eyes overflowing with tears because of what they knew of the truth. They say: Our Lord! We have believed, so register us among the witnesses.

5.84 - And why should we not believe in Allah and in what has come to us of the truth? And we aspire that our Lord will admit us with the righteous people.

5.85 - So Allah rewarded them for what they said with gardens beneath which rivers flow, abiding therein. And that is the reward of the doers of the good.

5.86 - And those who have disbelieved and denied Our signs, those are the companions of the hellfire.

5.87 - O you who have believed! Do not prohibit the good things which Allah has made lawful for you and do not transgress; indeed, Allah does not love the transgressors.

5.88 - And eat of what Allah has provided you, lawful and good; and fear Allah in Whom you are believers.

5.89 - Allah will not hold you to account for what is vain in your oaths, but He will hold you to account for what you have intended of oaths. So its expiation is feeding ten needy from the average of what you feed your families, or their clothing, or freeing of a slave. But whoever cannot find (a slave) then fasting for three days; that is an expiation of your oaths when you swear. And keep your oaths. Thus does Allah explain to you His signs that you may give thanks.

5.90 - O you who have believed! Indeed intoxicants and gambling and divining arrows are only defilement work by the devil; so avoid it that you may succeed.
