9.91 - There is not upon the weak or upon the sick or upon those who do not find anything to spend any blame when they are sincere to Allah and His messenger; there is not upon the doers of good way (to be blamed). And Allah is Forgiving, Merciful. 9.92 - Nor upon those who, when they came to you so that you might give them mounts, you said: I can find for you nothing upon which you will mount. They turned back while their eyes overflowing with tears in grief that they could not find that which they should spend. 9.93 - The way (to blame) is only upon those who ask permission from you (to stay) while they are rich; they are pleased to be with those who remained behind. And Allah has set a seal upon their hearts so they do not know. 9.94 - They make excuses to you when you go back to them. Say: Make no excuse, we will not believe you, Allah has already informed us of your news. And Allah will see your deed and His messenger, then you will be sent back to the Knower of the unseen and testimony; then He will inform you of what you used to do. 9.95 - They will swear by Allah to you when you return to them so that you may leave them; so leave them; indeed, they are defilement and their refuge will be hell as a reward for what they used to earn. 9.96 - They will swear to you that you may be pleased with them. But if you are pleased with them then indeed, Allah will not be pleased with the disobedient people. 9.97 - The Bedouins are more intense in disbelief and hypocrisy, and more deserving not to know the limits of what Allah has sent down to His messenger. And Allah is Knowing, Wise. 9.98 - And among the Bedouins are those who take what they spend as a loss, and they wait that you fall in circles; upon them is the evil circle. And Allah is Hearing, Knowing. 9.99 - And among the Bedouins are those who believe in Allah and the last day and take what they spend as means of nearness to Allah and (to be granted) the prayers of the messenger. Unquestionably, it will be means of nearness for them, Allah will admit them into His mercy. Indeed, Allah is Forgiving, Merciful. 9.100 - And the foremost, the first of the migrants and those who assisted and those who followed them in goodness, Allah is pleased with them and they are pleased with Him, and He has prepared for them gardens beneath which rivers flow, abiding therein forever. That is the great victory.
